Player of the Week

The Polk County Chamber of Commerce is proud to celebrate our local student-athletes through the High School Player of the Week program. Each week, coaches from either the Copper Basin High School or Polk County High School select one outstanding player to be recognized for their recent achievements, exceptional performance, or noteworthy contributions to their team.

Our weekly honoree receives a certificate of recognition and a commemorative T-shirt, and is featured in a photo with a Chamber representative. These moments are shared on the Chamber’s Facebook page and highlighted in the local newspaper, ensuring the community can join in celebrating their success.

This program is more than just an award—it’s a way to shine a spotlight on the hard work, dedication, and sportsmanship of our young athletes, while fostering community pride across Polk County.
