POLK COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
ANNUAL BANQUET

A Fresh Take on a Favorite Tradition

We’re excited to announce that our Annual Banquet is moving to April this year and with it comes a refreshed, relaxed approach. This networking-forward evening features open seating, a shortened program, and plenty of opportunities to connect, celebrate, and enjoy great food in a welcoming atmosphere. Our theme this year is River Vibes & Community Pride, celebrating the 55th Chamber Anniversary & 30th Olympic Anniversary.

What to Look Forward To:

  • New Timing – An April date allows us to take full advantage of the beautiful outdoor area in addition to the indoor venue
  • Relaxed Format – A casual evening designed for meaningful connections.
  • Networking-Focused – Open mingling throughout the event rather than a formal seated meal.
  • Heavy Hors d’oeuvres – Enjoy great food in a social, come-and-go setting.
  • Streamlined Program – A concise program highlighting celebration and awards without a lengthy agenda.
  • Sponsorship Opportunities – Table sponsorships offer strong visibility and engagement while keeping seating open and inclusive.
