Mountain Biking

The Ocoee region offers miles of mountain biking trails that range from easy to challenging.

Chilhowee Mountain Bike Trail System: Located at Chilhowee Mountain Recreation Area in the Cherokee National Forest. A network of interconnecting trails. Trails are designated as multiple use trails for Hiking and Mountain Biking. In the Cherokee National Forest, bikers are to yield to all other trail users. $3.00 fee per day use.

Tanasi Mountain Bike Trail System: Located at the Ocoee Whitewater Center, this trail system has it all with its 30 miles of trails. From an easy 1.5 mile hike on the Rhododendron Trail to a screaming 1.5 mile mountain bike ride on the Thunder Rock Express. $3.00 fee per day use.
