Through a ThreeStar grant received by the Chamber of Commerce, Ragan-Smith is developing a 10-year Master Plan for our parks & recreation resources which will enable the county and the incorporated cities of Benton, Copperhill, and Ducktown to meet the required criteria for state and federal parks & rec grant funding.
