Have you ever wanted to go hiking or mountain biking? What about backpacking or were curious about identifying a certain wildflower? Sometimes we just need a little bit of guidance to venture into the great outdoors. Hiwassee/Ocoee Rivers State Park, and many wonderful volunteers, are here to help you with that! Join us for our 6th annual Ocowassee Festival. This festival is designed to get you geared up for spring and excited to explore the great outdoors in our area. This will be an all day event, so you may pick and choose which classes and programs you would like to take part in. There will be programs such as bird watching, wildflower hikes, campfire cooking, and many more! Why not step out of your comfort zone and try something new? Build friendships that could last a life time. We hope to see you at the Ocowassee Festival!
